Poor and inconsistent communication (documented via email, and unrefuted by agent) caused careless mistakes to be made, erosion of trust, ultimately leading to parting of ways. Seller lesson learned: don't necessarily assume that quantity and quality of sales go hand in hand. (note: the low score on 'negotiation skills' reflects the agent's inability to negotiate the needs of the seller/client, leading to an unfortunate outcome for both parties.)

We interviewed several agents when we decided to sell our house of 25 years. What sold us on hiring Deb was the combination of (a) her knowledge of the area and (b) her confidence and insistence that she could get our asking price without having to spend a fortune to "stage" our house. She and her husband, a certified real estate staging advisor, served as a great team and established a selling process that was both easy and stress-free.
