Veteran United initially referred Shannon Crayne but since she couldnt fit us into her schedule we lucked out with Deanne which was a blessing in disguise. Deannes excellence is really solid and consistent. As first time home buyers, we really couldnt be happier that we found Deanne. The following are some of the things I feel Deanne did that allowed our home buying experience to be a success: 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a persons level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didnt do it on purpose. Its just what first home buyers do and me being myself). I couldnt recall the specific questions that Ive asked Deanne but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from Deanne. Her expertise with the VA loan process and her timely responses makes her really reliable. 2. Timely communication aEUR" I'm sure Deanne has many clients on hand but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. Its not just about the deliver on time; its the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care aEUR" this is where I really think Deanne went above and beyond to help us first time home buyers go through the, at times stressful, process. She constantly followed up on items and helped us stay on track, along with the bank and seller. We never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks on her end. For buyers in the Longview/Kelso area I would recommend Deanne to EVERYONE!
