ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Deanna! She was so very professional and responsive to our needs. She went out of her way to go above and beyond to get us our new home. All real estate deals have hurdles and she produced Olympic Gold results for us. Would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna knows the market and is quick to respond to questions/requests,. Weve used Deanna for a couple of purchases and she spent a lot of time showing homes in quite a few beach towns before we chose Oak Island. I highly recommend Deanna.

ZillowVERIFIED We weren't looking to buy a beach property while on vacation. Suddenly a good opportunity fell into our lap but we only had 2 days left on our trip. Deanna graciously arranged for us to see the property the next day. She coordinated everything so that we would not have to stay past our departure time to get the paperwork rolling. She helped to establish a swift closing date. She was able to negotiate a lower purchase price for us after the inspection. Just before settlement a hurricane hit. I feel like she held our hand through it, and everything worked out fine. We definitely would recommend Deanna. We appreciated her handling of transactions remotely with just the right amount of communication. She made the process quick and nearly painless!

ZillowVERIFIED We appreciated Deanna Moran's diligence in trying circumstances during the weeks before closing in situations with the title attorney. She also contacted the selling agent when our closing was extended as a glitch occurred on their side. She asked that the seller pay the extra money charged for the extension. This was agreed upon. We definitely recommend Deanna when purchasing a new property as it is clear she takes care of her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Deanna Moran the last two months. We were interested in purchasing either a Condo or Townhouse in Topsail Island. From the beginning Deanna was very diligent in getting back to us and provided us with listings she knew we would like in our price range. We never felt rushed. A delight to work with and went above and beyond what a normal agent does. I highly recommend her. She even met us on a rainy Saturday morning to open up a townhouse and did a walk through via Face time when we weren't able to come down from Raleigh.

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna was so helpful and patient with us. We had many concerns while trying to purchase our first ocean front condo. She took the time to reassure us with the process and answer our questions. She also gave us options for resources to contact. Deanna is very personable and will keep you updated. I was still able to easily keep in contact with her despite my odd work hours and living a few hours away from her office.

ZillowVERIFIED Friendly, proffessional, flexible to multiple changes I threw at her. Willing to work and take calls on weekends also. She worked with me from out of state for 2 years and never showed any frustration. I would always choose her next time for all my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna has sold 4 properties for our family she knows how to price them for a market price that will bring a reasonably quick sale. Two of the properties were under contact in less than a week. She works hard and does the things that need to be done to get the property shown - open houses - newspaper ads - communication with other realtors. She knows how the competing properties compare. I highly recommend Deanna and the Moran Team.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had to quickly relocate from the Boston area to Wilmington, NC as our house sold in the first 24 hours. We did some research on local agents in Wilmington, NC and found the Moran Real Estate Team. Our first impression after our initial interview was awesome. We could tell that they are in the business to help people, and help us is exactly what they did! By the end of our 1st conversation they made us feel like they new exactly what our needs were for our new home. After several "face time" appointments via iPhone they found us about 25 homes that we had to come down and see in person. We flew down and started the process. It turns out that we looked at all of the homes they had lined up but we honestly purchased the very first home they showed us! Talk about amazing! It checked all of the boxes! It goes to show that they care and listen to what you are looking for. We are now here and absolutely love our new home thanks to the Moran Team. They are great people, they don't push, and have their own family just like all of us. They are a great team and I would highly encourage giving them a call if you need an agent to represent you on a purchase OR a sale!Thank you again for your kindness, understanding, and knowledge of the local market. Should I ever need an agent, they will be the very first call I make.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Deanna. Buying a home sight unseen is a challenge to say the least but Deanna was very accommodating to our questions and made our process as smooth and efficient as it could possibly be. In addition, she was very detail oriented, customer service oriented, and was accessible when we needed her. Deanna Moran has my highest recommendation if you are in search of a Real Estate Professional. They don't get much better than her!!

ZillowVERIFIED We found Deanna by accident when we cold called about one of her listings in Carolina Beach. Quickly we learned she would be our agent for finding our beach house. She is no nonsense, respectful, responsive, knowledgable, and always willing to do what it takes to make a deal come together. I'm sure we will lean on her in the future for any real estate transaction we'd need. She was great to work with and made the most of our buying experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna helped me sell a condo in Wilmington and at the same time buy a house in Carolina Beach. There was a problem with the original deed in the condo I sold. Deanna worked tirelessly with various lawyers and realtors to remedy the problems. I couldn't have done it myself. She made a difficult situation bearable. I would highly recommend Deanna.

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna Moran was a delight to work with. She kept looking till we found the perfect place and even let us see it multiple times until we decided for sure to offer. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the procedures necessary to get to closing and worked side by side every step of the way. We would do it again in a heart beat!

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna was awesome! We were from out of state. Deanna sent us listings to look at so she would know exactly what we were looking for. We found a house and moved in about a month later. It was a whirlwind but Deanna made our house hunting fun!

ZillowVERIFIED She was friendly, thorough and responsive. I only had a small window of time to look for a home as I was visiting the area so it was important that she only show me homes which I could afford and which met the criteria we discussed. All of the homes were true possibilities and I found the perfect place. I will use her again when I am ready to downsize.

ZillowVERIFIED Deanna was a pleasure to work with. She knew every detail of the home buying process which was great for us as first timers. She showed us well over 20 homes without so much as a complaint. There was never a time where we felt like we weren't a top priority for her. Her sense of humor made the sometimes difficult process of buying a house bearable. She promised us at the beginning that she would find us the perfect house and she did! I would absolutely work with Deanna again and recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell a house give her a call, you won't be disappointed.
