She always comes prepared for the meetings with the correct set of data, numbers, multiple scenarios and a game plan. She checked in periodically to make sure all my questions were answered and if I needed any help at all for staging the home, which made the process that much more easier for me. I love her enthusiasm, great helping heart and she understands the stress one undergoes while listing a property for sale. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. We initially began with Deanna as just buyers, but were so happy with her services, my husband and I decided to list our home with Deanna as well after it spent months on the market as FSBO. After listing with Deannan we sold the house after only 2 days. Deanna really made us feel like we were valued customers. She listened to what our wants and needs were when looking for a new home and did all she could to help meet all of our requirements. Deanna spent many days and hours working with us to find the perfect home. When it came to actually putting in an offer, she was a great asset and advisor.
