Review Deanna did a very fine job in the final sale and negotiation of this sale under complex circumstances. There were many issues with this sale to include construction and sewer replacement. The buyers and their agent were difficult to deal with and Deanna was patient and understanding with this process. Deanna also dealt with 3 co-owners and the many individual questions and issues that each buyer had. Her communication involved multiple calls and emails which were answered promptly. Deanna represented her firm well.

Review Not quite sure where to begin this review as there is so much that I can say in support and appreciation of Deanna! I myself am in the property investment and management business in Denver for the past 30 years; yet I did not have a residential realtor in mind for my home location in Thornton. I found Deanna simply on reviews...lot's of them. I am extremely particular in having someone represent me that has expertise and personality that compliments this industry due to my own knowledge of real estate although primarily commercial. Deanna was top notch and far exceeded my expectations. She was prompt (mostly early); extremely knowledgeable and confident and constantly communicating with me. It had been 7 years since I had owned a home and the market had changed considerably; she was on top of it with a slew of recommendations for both the steps we needed to go through in addition to excellent vendors we needed during the inspection process. Not once did we feel pressured by Deanna; she wanted what was best for US! Negotiation skills; above bar, she worked extremely hard and it showed every step of the way. Not only will I use Deanna in the future but I will highly recommend her to any one in need of a realtor. Deanna was extremely professional and relate-able; I now consider her a friend because of how instrumental she was in making our dream come true flawlessly!

As a result, we had fourteen showings in the first 1 and one half days (on Tuesday and Wednesday). We accepted a cash offer on our home on day two at 5% above the asking price. Deanna was very responsive to our questions and concerns and quickly negotiated the terms of sale to our advantage.

We listed the price at right at market price according to similar houses. It sold after a little more than two months, mostly because the floor plan had a drawback.
