This review is long overdue but hopefully it serves to help anyone on the fence with choosing DeAndre as their Realtor. My family and I cannot say enough great things about DeAndre and the ways he went above and beyond to get us into the home we purchased. My sister and I needed to find a one story home for our Mother and Aunt as it would be more accessible for them as they age. DeAndre listened to what we wanted and anticipated the things we didn't realize we would need. It was clear to us early on in the home buying process that this wasn't just a business transaction to him. He approached finding a home for our Mom with the same level of care that he would for his own Mother and gave us expertise from that perspective which we truly appreciated. His empathy, energy and leadership speak for themselves. From the time we put in our offer to the time we got the keys to our home it took 19 days. DeAndre's level of detail was impeccable and thorough with constant communication walking us through the entire process. He also connected us with his amazing network of folks that also helped to make the process smooth. We are so happy with our choice to work with DeAndre and cannot thank him enough for his care, expertise and efficiency.

My wife and I were first time buyers in 2022 and met DeAndre at an open house. He honestly became our realtor in a very organic way. He was highly professional , down to earth, informational and knowledgeable of the areas that peaked our intrest. He respected our budget and showed us homes only within that budget. So it truthfully made things very easy. Before we knew it, he was our realtor lol He was informing us on the surrounding schools as we have school age children and really listened to our needs and immediately went to work to acommodate them. Working with DeAndre was really easy. He was highly responsive, honest, communicative and forthcoming in regards to the properties he showed us. He was super creative and open to the homes we would bring to his attention as well. He did his homework and kept us in the loop with the entire process. He made sure we understood everything we were involving ourselves in while taking the time to explain the details to both my wife and I at the same time. He made it a point to have us both a part of every phone call to ensure were we all hearing the same thing. In a nut shell, he made the home buying process a lot easier. We highly recommend him to any one looking within this market.

First, let me say that DeAndre went above and beyond my expectations. To my knowledge, DeAndre was not a realtor when I bought my first home. However, when I entertained selling my home, I knew to reach out to him based on a close friend's experience. With that, he listed the home and brought in multiple offers. However, I decided to hang onto it and rent it out instead. I thought he'd be disappointed since he had done all the work to prepare the sale, list my home, and secure offers above my asking price. Although I didn't sell my home, I ended up renting it out, and he eventually helped me purchase my forever home, where I'm currently living. I've referred all my family and friends to him, and based on their reviews of his service, he did not disappoint. If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, patient, and will empower you to realize that purchasing a home isn't as hard as it seems, Mr. Harris is definitely your guy! I'm still loving my house almost 5 years later.
