ZillowVERIFIEDMy fiancA(C) and I had the pleasure of working with DeAna to buy our first home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! As first-time homebuyers, the process felt overwhelming at times, but DeAna took the time to explain every step and make sure we always knew what to expect. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests at heart throughout the entire journey. Thanks to DeAna's hard work, dedication, and expertise, we were able to purchase our dream home. I cannot recommend DeAna highly enough! She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot imagine a better experience than the one we had working with DeAna! My husband and I were looking to buy our first home when we started working with DeAna and she was incredibly insightful, responsive, and helpful, shepherding us through every stage of the process with an amazing depth and breadth of knowledge. She's not afraid to speak hard truths (pointing out issues less experienced eyes would overlook, being candidaEUR"and correctaEUR"about potential dealbreakers on properties we were initially excited about), but she also did a phenomenal job paying attention to our preferences and working to help us maximize within our parameters. She went far above and beyond our expectations, including teaching us a ton about the local market, giving us key insights as to how to write an attractive offer that helped us win a bidding war on a competitive house without overextending, and leveraging her extensive networks (seriously: EVERYBODY knows and respects her, from other realtors to insurance agents to lenders to contractors!) to help us not only get through closing but also plan for and execute some necessary renovations. Also, we just LIKE her: she's warm but tough, professional but personable, always on the ball, and all around a fabulous agent and human. If you have the chance to work with her, take it!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was extremely fortunate to have had DeAna Herndon answer my first inquiry about buying a home in the Tallahassee area! DeAna arranged for our viewing of new homes in this area based on our unique timeline, since we were from out of town. She listened to our preferences and made sure to show us homes that would meet our needs and desires. DeAna communicated with us every step of the way. Additionally, she went above and beyond arranging for our home and septic inspections, septic service, and fireplace cleaning. I felt confident in her ability and knowledge and working with her was an absolute pleasure!!! I plan on having her help us find our son's first home in the very near future. I would confidently recommend DeAna with real estate needs- She is the BEST!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED DeAna has gone above and beyond what a realtor does on a sale. I am out of town and she has been there for me on inspections, the walk thru and confirm many things I would have done if I was there. Heck she is even taking delivery of my furniture next month. She is an expert in her field and will tell everyone sign her up if you are buying or selling property. I will when I sell my condo after my son finishes at FSU. She is currently listing it for temporary rental next year.

ZillowVERIFIED DeAna was OUTSTANDING and we would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor! Our house was under contract in less than 36 hours and for over asking price, and she worked hard to get us a deal on our dream home! DeAna answered every question we had and was so supportive, realistic and knowledgeable throughout the entire buying and selling process--it was such a blessing to have that peace of mind and to know that she had our best interests at heart. DeAna was available to answer any questions or calm any concerns we had, and she made herself available at times that most other realtors would not. She always provided great recommendations for local service providers for all the things that go along with selling a home (financing, inspections, contractors, etc). From start to finish, working with DeAna was a great experience!

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C) and I recently made the move to Tallahassee due to work transfers. At a time when my fiancA(C) and I were in two different locations in Georgia with little time to handle all of the various details of a move, DeAna Herndon was an absolute God-send! She handled EVERYTHING!!! She was right there with us every step of the way, keeping us on schedule and picking up all of the considerable slack that came with our situation. I cannot thank DeAna enough for all she did to make our house buying and move as painless as possible. I give her the highest recommendation and truly hope that anyone looking to buy or sell around Tallahassee considers her as a realtor. You certainly would not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED DeAna is extremely professional and helpful. She is helping us find our perfect home in NE Tallahassee. She is working with us long distance and is going the extra mile whenever we are able to come to town. She is patient and understanding with our questions and concerns. She makes you feel like family. She is taking time to educate us on what the area has to offer, how the school system works (we currently have school choice) and is listening to what we want in a home. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking for quick response, courtesy, and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED DeAna is one of the most professional Realtor's I have ever worked with. She is thorough, resourceful, and attentive to market data, new and pending foreclosures, and most importantly responds in a timely matter to all inquiries throughout the home buying process. I have worked with many Realtor's and DeAna is by far superior when it comes to having someone on your side buying a house. I would HIGHLY recommend DeAna if you want a Realtor who will go the extra mile to get you your dream house at a dream price.
