I cannot imagine a better experience than the one we had working with DeAna! My husband and I were looking to buy our first home when we started working with DeAna and she was incredibly insightful, responsive, and helpful, shepherding us through every stage of the process with an amazing depth and breadth of knowledge. She's not afraid to speak hard truths (pointing out issues less experienced eyes would overlook, being candidaEUR"and correctaEUR"about potential dealbreakers on properties we were initially excited about), but she also did a phenomenal job paying attention to our preferences and working to help us maximize within our parameters. She went far above and beyond our expectations, including teaching us a ton about the local market, giving us key insights as to how to write an attractive offer that helped us win a bidding war on a competitive house without overextending, and leveraging her extensive networks (seriously: EVERYBODY knows and respects her, from other realtors to insurance agents to lenders to contractors!) to help us not only get through closing but also plan for and execute some necessary renovations. Also, we just LIKE her: she's warm but tough, professional but personable, always on the ball, and all around a fabulous agent and human. If you have the chance to work with her, take it!!
