ZillowVERIFIEDDean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the home selling process. With his help we were able to get our home listed quickly and sold within a few days. He really demonstrated how invaluable it is to have an agent with such a great reputation and knowledge of the local area. If you are considering buying or selling a home, I couldnt recommend Dean enough. His great attitude and willingness to work around our schedules made our experience with him such a positive one.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean was great to work with. He listened to our wants and needs for a house. He is exceptional realtor. We were able to trust what he told us about each property that he showed us. He was incredibly helpful before and after the closing. We would absolutely work with him again to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean took time to let us look around the property and be there for any questions we had. He was very easy to contact and worked around our work schedules. Dean was in contact with the Realtor of the sellers and able to relay information with us in a timely manner. Dean also worked with our mortgage broker with us and had good communication with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean did a great job in helping us find our new home in SD.. Dean frequently kept in touch by phone as the home buying process proceeded. We lived out of state, so we greatly appreciate his communications. He was there at the home inspection in place of us, and kept us apprised of everything. The seller was less than stellar to deal with, but Dean did a fine job. We are so grateful to him for being our advocate! Dean has followed up with us periodically, assisting us with resource helps regarding our roof leaks and plumbing issues. We would recommend Dean to anyone wanting a very competent and personable realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Great! Was always communicating with us and making sure we got the best deal possible. Acted quick when the house came up for sale and it was most likely the reason we even got it. Would 100 percent go through him again in the future if needed to!

ZillowVERIFIED Dean went out of his way to find us a shop and land. When he texted me with a property he found, I bought it on the spot! It had been on the market for 11 hours. Dean wrote up a purchase agreement right away and we got the property! Dean's ability to know what his client wants, makes him an excellent realtor.
