Review We started using Dean Rinker as our agent back in 2012. Since then we have recommended him to other sellers, including our own landlord. Most recently, Dean helped us sell 3 rental houses in the space of 3 months. These houses were part of a 1031-Exchange, so timeliness was very important. Exchanges require extra skill and expertise and Dean was prepared. As out of state sellers, having a responsive local agent was very important. When things went sideways, Dean was available immediately to make it right. I would recommend him highly!

On our most recent transaction, we sold our rental home. We originally put the sale of our house in the hands of the rental property management company's owner as he was very confident he could sell our house for top dollar at minimal commission. It was absolutely the right choice. Dean was great, as was his wife. We're young, it's our first home and he was extremely patient with our questions and worries, of which there were many. Review Dean Rinker was referred to me by my realtor in Denver whose opinion I highly respect. Dean was very patient with us throughout the process and he's very knowledgeable and professional. We sent him a list of all the elements we wanted in our "perfect" house; with each house we were shown, he asked the right questions and listened very carefully to our answers, and as a result he zeroed in on just what we were looking for very quickly. I think we saw maybe 12-15 houses at the most before walking into one that was so fresh on the market they hadn't even put the sign up. The moment I entered the home I knew it was the one - it had every single element we were looking for in our perfect home! Dean helped us negotiate a price we felt good about, then guided us through the inspection/appraisal/loan process of closing on the house, always with patience and professionalism. We even had a couple of minor issues crop up after the closing, and Dean was still there for us, willing to step in as our advocate to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Dean Rinker to anyone looking for an honest, responsive, patient, intuitive, and professional realtor. I love my new home and don't intend to move anytime soon, but if I were to, I would turn to Dean again in a heartbeat.

Though he admits to being primarily a listing agent, he did a wonderful job helping us find our new home in the Sacramento area. It must be fairly difficult working with out-of-town clients (we were coming from New Mexico), but Dean successfully scheduled several days of house-hunting, including one last-minute session that resulted in us finding the home we now own. When asked to be the trustee of my grandparents estate, these new responsibilities required me to sell their home.
