ZillowVERIFIED Dean was absolutely amazing. He was personable and really listened to what we wanted. He helped us find the absolutely perfect home for us! And made the process make sense. From start to finish he made an otherwise stressful and scary event (buying our first home) a relatively easy process. I have heard nightmare stories about experiences people have when buying a home. He helped us every step of the way and was very responsive for any questions we had. No matter how silly they were. Thank you Dean for all you've done. We couldn't be happier! The fact that you love what you do shines through in everything you do!

ZillowVERIFIED Awesome experience. Could not have asked for a better realtor. Dean is extremely honest and trustworthy. He helped my husband and I list our home and buy our first single home. He made the process as stress free as possible and was with us every step of the way. He is also extremely organized, and always gets back to you. You will never meet a kinder more genuine person.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers, and Dean was recommended to us by a friend. Could not have been a better recommendation! Dean understood our lack of knowledge in the home buying process and took the time needed to walk us through everything and make us feel comfortable. Plus, he is a down to earth guy who has some of the best stories. I could not recommend him enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough great things about Dean. He completely managed our cross country home purchase, from personally showing us each home, through every step of negotiations, financing, inspection, closing, and beyond. He did most of this long distance and kept in touch every step of the way. Dean is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I recommended him to my daughter and son-in-law for their first time home purchase, and he skillfully negotiated them through a bidding war and got them the first home of their dreams. Dean loves what he does, and it shows. I have never seen anyone work so hard for their clients. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean often went out of his way while providing his exceptional services. He made himself available 24/7 and there wasnt a problem that arose that was too big for him to handle. He is highly effective in communication and he looks out for his clients best interests. I would recommend Dean to anyone looking to buy or sell a home as we couldnt be happier with his results. Deans diligence and dedication to his craft was apparent after only a couple of meetings. He made the tiresome process of buying/selling a home smooth and near effortless. Ultimately, we could not be happier with our choice in entrusting Dean to handle our realtor needs and to say we are satisfied with his service is a mere understatement.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean was a pleasure to work with, walked us thru the process of buying our first house. He was knowledgeable about the area's we were looking in as far as taxes and schools. He found us a great house on a nice block. I felt like I was dealing with a friend not a realtor. I would highly reccomend Dean to anyone looking to buy property.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean is a very knowledgeable realtor. He provided excellent and sound advice when he sold my home and also when I purchased my current home. ) He advised on what to look for, what to be aware of in terms of resale value and many more important criteria when I was searching for a home. When I bought my current home Dean facilitated the process which made everything from securing my loan through settlement, go smoothly. I highly recommend Dean as the realtor to use when looking to sell your home and buy property.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Dean was great! I'm someone that does not trust people very easily and Dean more than won my trust he won my friendship. Buying a house is a major investment and is a very stressful and scary process if you are dealing with the wrong people. Dean always made me feel as though I was his only client and would always make sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times and made things easy to understand. I was able to sell my house in the fall! (One of the hardest times to sell) and it was only on the market for two weeks! Dean later assisted us on purchasing my forever home with my family and I could not be happier. I have been in my new home for 2 months now and Dean still follows up on things we spoke about! I don't know, to me that sounds like someone who cares and is not really in for it only for the money. I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Stop looking for a realtor. You found him. His name is Dean Markman. If you are buying, selling or both, this is your man! He really makes you feel like you are his only client. Dean takes the time to answer every question, big or small. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean as our realtor. Everyday in our new house is a blessing. We listed and sold our house within 2 weeks and we were moved in to our new house within 2 months. Dean really knows the business because he's been doing so long. The best part of my experience with Dean is he doesn't just forget about you after the deal is done. Whatever you need, he's there. Thank you, Dean Markman, for finding our forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean did a phenomenal job helping us get the house ready to sell! Sold in one day! Can't thank him enough for making the process so easy. He was always there to answer questions and give us tips to make the house sell without spending too much extra. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions. He helped us with the township requirements, especially with helping us find a plumber to survey the underground pipes. He made sure that the house was priced correctly to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean's a true professional. Quick to engage clients and proactively manages the listing. Always provides timely feedback on what clients liked/disliked about the property. Was constantly giving me ideas about how to draw the right clientele given the property was in a family-friendly area with parks and recreation that would be of interest to growing families. Smart and responsive. I was pleased with his services when I rented my home and I am retaining his services for selling the same home (repeat business is the best form of gratitude).

ZillowVERIFIED Dean was huge help in finding our dream home. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and negotiation skills. He was always there for us anytime of the day whether it was a phone call or email. There are agents out there that seem all they care about is there commission and nothing else, Dean is not that guy, his "I work for you" attitude is excellent because deep down he really wants to help you in finding that dream home that you desire. I would recommend him to anyone out there interested in finding or selling a home

ZillowVERIFIED Dean honed in on exactly what we were looking for and showed us options that fit our needs. He was great at asking probing questions to help us prioritize our wants, which helped us come to our ulitmate decision on which house to buy. Dean is extrememly responsive and really helped keep us on track throughout the process once our offer was accepted. I loved that Dean would provide his insight and thoughts on a property but never made us feel pressured to make a decision. There are a lot of details to be taken care of when buying a home and Dean made sure we didn't miss any. He truly was a partner in our buying process. I really hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Dean again.

ZillowVERIFIED Dean was consistently in touch throughout the process. The home was shown multiple times resulting in 3 serious offers the 3rd of which within a month and a half went to settlement. Dean had to negotiate multiple factors during the process which were intense at times but all worked out in the end. He also sold my daughter's house under strenuous conditions. I would highly recommend Dean for professionalism, industry knowledge and getting the job done. Thank you Dean.
