ZillowVERIFIED Dean is an excellent real estate agent. I have typically always sold by owner but with the new (in the last 10 years) requirements for real estate sales I decided to pay a realtor. The new reqs have made a real estate agent a requirement. Boy was I glad I engaged Dean. Dean was constantly in communication and has incredible deep knowledge of the whole process including a huge Rolodex of contractors to assist with inspections ect. While searching for houses, Dean was very patient and we never felt like he was pushing us to purchase a house he knew we wouldn?t be 100% happy with. Once we found a house we loved, which was a new build, Dean stayed on top of the building manager and construction progress; often visiting the house in person to send us pictures and updates. If we had any questions or concerns, Dean was always willing to find the right people to respond to us. He was very thorough during our walkthroughs and pointed out issues that we may not have noticed. Dean is professional and trustworthy. He cares about his clients and their happiness more than anything, which is the greatest trait you want in an agent.

Dean let us know that it was a risky price to ask, but if we were willing to wait it out, he was too! Dean and his tame checked in weekly and made sure we were all still on the same page. We sold that house, and for what we wanted. BOOM!!!! I am sure it was because of the masterful work he put in. Then there was the buying of the new house. Wowzers, his team sure knows how to make that painless. We found, bought and closed on the house in about a month. His team made sure we had everything nailed down in a timely manner as well as well as made sure nothing fell through the cracks. I can not wait to sell this house and look for another with this team!

He takes time to understand the needs of his clients, saving time and energy. His team is the real gem. They work well together giving one a broad prospective of not only the homes available, but how a particular area supports ones needs. Dean through his vast network was able to provide resources both during the home purchase (ie pool and other inspections) and after the sale. His recommendations for other service providers was right-on, and I ended up going with his suggestions. I recommended Dean to my sister (also from out-of-state) who bought a home through Dean and was extremely pleased with the experience. I would rate Dean a ten.
