Dean Deschenes is a licensed real estate professional serving homeowners and investors throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Before entering real estate, Dean spent 16 years in the water filtration industry, installing and servicing residential water systems across New England. This experience gave him valuable insight into home construction, property systems, and the practical realities of homeownership-knowledge that continues to benefit his clients today.

Dean also served 14 years as a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT, an experience that shaped his calm, solutions-focused approach to helping people through important life moments.

Today, Dean is known for helping homeowners turn expired or terminated listings into successful sales by repositioning properties with a fresh strategy, stronger marketing, and a clear understanding of what today's buyers are looking for.
