Mike's great - really responsive and as far as brokers go, worth the money you spend. highly recommend and was extremely helpful and also available to support this process. While my friends and I ultimately decided to not collectively move together into one unit, we really appreciated Mike's local knowledge and patience as we explored the area and various units. He was extremely quick in communications, did his best to broke out a deal between us and the owners and we would've gone with a place if my group was able to agree on an unit.
