If you need a realtor in the Athens area, it's gotta be Dean, full stop. My wife and I bought a modest house that Dean was representing for the sellers. He executed everything we asked for in good faith, even though he didn't personally stand to gain much from his work. He treated the sale how a lesser realtor would reserve only for very valuable houses. We knew at that point he would be our guy as long as we lived in the area. Five years later, we decided to move to another state, and when it was time to sell, there was only one call that needed to be made: Dean Bright. In the five years that we owned the house, the home values in our neighborhood had changed dramatically, and Dean explained perfectly exactly what that meant for us. He orchestrated getting our house ready with a little help from me, and as time was of the essence, he double timed getting to market, priced perfectly, and we had an offer that we accepted within 24 hours of listing.
