ReviewDean was a great realtor. Knowledgeable, on time, personable, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend. He was always available and really put in the effort to meet my needs. If there were any obstacles, he wasn't afraid to dig in and get them resolved. He worked closely with the seller's agent, lender, and others. No steps were missed and I really liked his attention to detail.

Review Dean was very professionable and always was there for us when we had questions. He helped make a very hard decision on a offer that was not what we wanted but after talking to Dean it was the best for us. He was also working with a family on a purchase at the same time and they also spoke very highly of Dean.

Review I was so lucky to have Dean in my corner for my first home purchase. He made the whole process enjoyable and explained every part of the process in great detail. Never once when I had a question did he make me feel like I was bothering him and took the time no matter what time I reached out to him. I highly recommend Dean if you're looking for someone very knowledgeable and responsiveness when looking to buy a home.

Review Dean told me he could get my place sold within 3 months - he did it 5 weeks from listing to closing! I live out of state and he went above and beyond anything i could ever ask for - Dean was able to set me up with an attorney, a cleaning crew and even a handyman! He kept in contact with me through the entire process and was honest and upfront - he made numerous trips to my property as my tenants left quite a mess and someone had to meet the cleaning crew etc. Thank you Dean!

Review Mr. Bisconti assisted my wife and I in our first-time home search. From the very beginning he was a consummate professional, exhibiting ample knowledge of the area and necessary processes while displaying convincing negotiation tactics as well. However, one of the ways Mr. Bisconti stood out the most from other realtors was the fact that he simply listened to us and our needs, wants, and desires, regardless of any personal opinions on taste and what was "realistic" in our price-range and market. He not only knows his business, but he knows how to treat people with respect and dignity, too. We would do business with him again in a heartbeat. In a profession full of shams, scams, and merciless rip-offs, Mr. Bisconti rises above it all to perform his duties honestly and thoroughly, and we thank him for his help.

Review Dean is a true professional. We met Dean a long time ago when he was acting as a selling agent for the first home we toured. At this point we had yet to decide on an agent and liked Dean so much that we wanted to work him as our buying agent. We weren't disappointed. Dean was great with sending homes our way, helping us run numbers over and over again, and talking us through the process on our first home. He was always available for a quick phone call, and showed us close to 30 homes by the time it was all said and done. A great realtor and a great friend. Loved working with Dean.

Review Dean was wonderful from the very beginning. Since we are oversees, he handled the process of renting/selling our home by himself. We found him through an internet search and have yet to meet him. He was very responsive and honest and went over each application/offer we had thoroughly. In the end we sold our home in a short amount of time and Dean deserves a lot of the credit for the excellent marketing he put together on the home. Don't hesitate to give this guy a call. Thanks Dean!

Any questions I had, he was right there with the answer, communication was excellent! From a new home owner standpoint, I simply told him what I liked and didn't like. Dean found numerous properties of exactly what I was looking for. From an investor standpoint, Dean offered great insight on the current real estate market. Tips and advice that really made me feel confident during the home buying process. Thank you Dean!

Review Dean was absolutely fantastic to work with. I've worked with other agents in the past and they didn't compare. He is someone you can trust and provided great advice and education throughout the process. He had an entire team in place to assist us. We didn't have to spend the extra time and effort to research our own lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and even painters. That was a big load off our shoulders. I look forward to referring my family and friends :)

Review Outstanding and world class service! Dean is an outstanding , awesome real estate agent. He is punctual, Pleasant, and very professional. He showed us exactly the property type we were looking for within our purchase price affordability, till we found our match. What we like the most about Dean, that he is honest and trustworthy. He didn't try to push any sale pitch just to close the sale and sell us any property. On the contrary; he did his due diligence to research every property and gave us his feedback to make sure we have a perfect match. And guess what? We are very happy! We highly recommend Dean to everyone who needs an awesome real estate agent!

Review Dean has been incredible to work with. He helped us navigate a difficult short sale process and because of that we trusted him to sell our existing home and help our family find another new residence. During that entire time he scheduled showings that fit our requests, was extremely responsive & understood any concerns we had about moving a family of four. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone entering the market. He is professional, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor.
