ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Dc turner was very helpful as a realtor to my wife and I in our search for a home. He always ensured that you as a client actually got what you were looking for in a home. Because of his assistance, we were able to find the right builder, in the right neighborhood and one in our price range. As first home buyers, having his expertise, experience, and willingness to attend to any of our questions made Our home purchase a very smooth one and we would recommend him and his company to any and all our friends and relatives without any reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Turner took the time to show us a few different neighborhoods in our price range. He was there with us every step from inspection to meeting up with plumbers. He even gave us great referrals on services. DC negotiated with the seller and got us the best price for our home. We are so happy we chose him as our realtor and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED DC and his team are amazing. I normally dont like working with agents but with DC its different. All you get is professionalism, no pushiness and no beating around the bush. He is very knowledgeable, does all the paperwork and does not like to waist time. He is very patient and answers all your questions in depth. He is also the most responsive agent i have ever worked with- you can text him any day of the week. Any time and expect an answer within minutes. I highly recommend DC and his team, and will only ever work with him While living in TX.

ZillowVERIFIED DC was a great partner to have during our first home buying experience. He set up time with us a few months before we stared to answer questions we had and helped provide knowledge on what we could expect. Once we started, he was quick to set up several homes for us to visit and provided a very professional packet with an overview of each home. Once we selected the home and placed an offer, he walked us through each step and quickly responded to any questions we had through closing. DC has helped several of our friends and I would recommend anyone who needs a realtor to DC.

ZillowVERIFIED DC is a great person to work with, he listened to our requirements and found us the right place that we eventually closed on. And even though we hit multiple issues as a part of the closing process, DC was always available to give us sound and pertinent advise at the right time. Overall he is an absolutely pleasurable person to work with and a great agent. I would recommend him to anyone whose looking for an agent to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED As away of saying "Thank You" I think Mr. DC Turner provided a very impressive service. I anticipated a very grilling process, but his approach to real estate made the process very easy, educative, and of course professional - He responded to my concerns in a timely fashion and this was not to do with easiness to technology - but DC is generally a professional guy who will work with you to satisfaction. I recommend him to all future home buyers, especially those who seem unfamiliar with the process of buying home!

ZillowVERIFIED DC made our entire homebuying experience so painless and easy. We are first time homebuyers and had a very specific time frame that the process had to be done in to avoid breaking a lease and we were thankfully able to find exactly what we were looking for in that time frame thanks to DC's help. After discussing what we were looking for and budget, DC made sure to stick without our price and location range, and he had great suggestions for homes for us to look at. He always made himself available when we needed him or had questions, and helped us in understanding the entire lender process and how closing would go and things like that. There wasn't a single bad thing about our experience with DC - I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED DC was great to work with. He patiently worked with us to find the perfect home. Unfortunately our circumstances changed and we were not able to buy. If we are in the market again we will be sure to use DC.

ZillowVERIFIED DC was very knowledgeable and helpful through all the stages of our selling experience. He marketed it well with the 3-D home tour and the brochures that he had printed. The fact that other agents were showing it as soon as it came on the market and that he had an open house right away made it easy to find a buyer. It was under contract in 8 days! We would definitely recommend him to other people.
