Dayton was the BEST realtor from start to finish. Very communicative, will fight for you day and night, and very detailed oriented. We will use him for buying/selling a home over and over without hesitation! Highly recommend. Its difficult to find an honest realtor in this market, but we found that in Dayton. If I could give him a 10 star rating, I would. Our home is perfect and we couldnt be happier with our purchase.

Dayton Toombs is the realtor you want. He goes above and beyond, stays on top of every detail and gets the job done as smoothly and as problem free as possible. I don't think my sale would have gone as well as it did without him. He had the experience, took the time and made the effort to make sure things got done either earlier than expected or on time and that was just what had been needed. He had the patience of a saint as well as a great deal of empathy and showed tremendous consideration for my situation that made the entire process far, far easier than I think it otherwise would have been.

This was my first time buying a home and I would highly recommend Dayton Toombs to any first time home buyers and or any existing homeowners looking to buy or sell. From the moment I started Working with Dayton he evaluated my situation and helped me create a game plan. He then made sure i had a clear understanding of any part of the process and what all my options were. For example; There was a loan type that was special to Coolidge which was a usda loan and he brought that to my attention. He was there to view the house and offer up his personal opinions if we asked and offered guidance without trying to lead. He provided insight so we could make our own decisions. He also has a solid base of resources at his disposal if you need extra work done on the home during or after close such as inspection contractors or a contracting company for repairs. His due diligence is top-notch and he has a strong sense of attention to detail. During close we had already paid for an appraisal ahead of time but on the signing documents they had another charge for an appraisal. Dayton was there to catch that and saved us $500!! Overall, working with Dayton was a very pleasant experience and he kept the stress levels to a minimum. He was there to answer any question over text, email, or by phone with haste.
