I was born to be a Realtor, literally! Since both my parents were real estate brokers, I have been in the business my entire life. So, I understand what it takes to do the job, do it right, and how important it is that my clients have a dedicated expert guiding them throughout the home buying and home selling process.

To me, buying a home is fine balance between smart investing and living your dream lifestyle. I've been with RE/MAX All Stars Realty since 2005, and a Virginia licensed Realtor since 1990, and have advance designations: GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) & CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). I have received RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, and am awarded the RE/MAX Platinum production award annually. I've also enjoyed notoriety as Roanoker Magazine's Top 100 Realtors, Botetourt's Best Realtor, and more.

It is really hard for me to express the care Dayna put into the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home. Dayna came to our home, listened to our plan to move from the country to somewhere closer to stores, restaurants, doctors, etc. As luck would have it, she had a perfect match for our needs that she had just listed. She showed us the house the next day and we decided within an hour to make an offer. Dayna patiently walked us through the process of buying and selling. She showed us how to get our house ready to sell. She marketed our house in multiple markets. She made the experience as stress free as possible. Something very important to me was that she stayed in communication with us through the entire process. If we need a Realtor in the future, we will be contacting Dayna Patrick.

I've worked with dozens of real estate agents over the last 25 years when buying and selling our primary homes and investment properties. Dayna is honestly the best agent I've worked with because she focuses on her client's needs first and foremost. The attention to detail and advice given while preparing to sell resulted in a much higher price than anticipated. Constant communication was always there to keep us on track for closing, even when we hit some issues that were unique and out of our control. The commissions paid to her firm are nothing compared to the value received. Dayna and Scott are such great people and very enjoyable to work with. I just hope Dayna doesn't retire anytime soon, as I hope to use her and her team in the future.

If you are planning a move, you know the whirlwind you are in as you sort, purge, organize, donate, and trash in an effort to downsize enough to move more efficiently....read: save money! I went through this period in February and early March 2023 as Dayna assisted me in my preparation to stage my home for pictures / video, and the subsequent move. Her professionalism, sharp eye to detail, patience with a 2-year post, still-grieving widow was nothing short of being an Angel. She was open, honest, straightforward, and clear as she steered me through the process. She was so knowledgeable that my home received multiple offers, and was under contract in, I think it was, 3 days. (I should have submitted this review sooner!) In fact, having used her for both selling and buying a new home for me, we closed same day on both contracts in about 6 weeks. Talk about a whirlwind! But, I couldn't be happier with all her guidance and efforts to make this whole transition extremely smooth. If you want someone who is available & responsive, honest, professional, knows her market, and takes the time to get to know your wants and needs - well, look no further than Dayna Patrick. Oh, and a shout out to her hubby, Scott, for his outstanding video and drone work. He also has the eye for staging! What a great team. Dayna gave great advise on how to sell our home quickly. She had contacts of people who could do the work needed to get the home ready and in the best presentation to get people in the door.
