ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to Danya Edwards in reference to one of her homes / Renovations she was working on through a friend. Instantly loved her design and style of her Renovations and fell in love. Of course it was under contract already! She asked me what we were looking for and at the time my husband and I were still undecided about selling our house. I told her exactly what we would like to have in our next house and she did not disappoint. She did not put us in the MLS Auto listings and spam us daily with unnecessary homes. She took the time and went through them herself and only sent us what we were looking for or what she thought would work for us as well. She found us a house in a area we weren't even considering and fell in love with it instantly. We were just hoping that the pictures weren't deceiving when we saw it in person. The pictures weren't deceiving at all and we put in a offer along with several other offers that day as well. She worked her butt off to get us that house and we got it. After that we listed our house with her. Our home was a very unique home and it would take a certain buyer for our home. She is more than willing to have open houses every Sunday actually she insisted on it. She constantly was having team meetings with team leader Marianne (who is lovely) and and coming up with creative ways to Market our home. Our home was under contract in no time. Dayna comes to you're closing with you, inspections too just in case there are any issues or questions that need to be answered they are taken care of immediately right there. I don't know many agents who do that now a days. She is on top of everything from beginning to end. She goes above and beyond for her clients and we greatly appreciated everything that she has done for us. Very happy clients here!! She will get the job done for you!!
