I must say that I am very much impressed with his experience and knowledge about the area He took special care in going through all the pro and cons about each lot.He made himself available whenever we needed. ZillowVERIFIED We are first time home buyer in United States and we were fortunate to have found Dayakar Jale as our Realtor. Throughout the past several months, he has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We were so specific about our neighborhood but he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He always cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Dayakar was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would give Dayakar our highest recommendation for anyone who is looking to buy a new house. Thank You Dayakar for being such a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED It was real pleasure working with Dayakar. With his vast experience as a Realtor, I guess he knows the pulse of buyer and understand our specific requirements. Based on our requirements, he has narrowed down searches and could present us suitable properties well within the budget. He is good listener, considers every requirement of our (Buyer) preferences, good negotiator, flexible, could connect with him any time , be it late night or early in the morning, and he is there at every step during our buying process. Being first time home buyers, We had lot of queries and apprehensions, did not know where to start, though we had decided on the location and school district. I think it was a good move for us to find Dayakar and take his help in finding the dream home for us. With in short span of 2 months, we could close on the Dream home. I would admit that without Daya's help and guidance, we could not have achieved this. I believe that by choosing Dayakar , as our Agent , we had won half battle in finding right home. Beyond all of his positive professional characteristics, what we really appreciated about Dayakar is that he never pressured us into making a decision, which we were uncomfortable with, he was always up front and transparent that his role was to guide us and tell us what it would take to get the house we wanted. Even after home buying process, he is always there to support and guide by giving his valuable suggestions on the loan process.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Dayakar Jale exceeded any of my expectations. As a homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Dayakar was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down and determine what would be a good fit . He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.Dayakar was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our condo and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Dayakar!
