This woman is one of the most INCREDIBLE Real Estate Agents I've ever worked with. I am a real estate Appraiser. So is my grandfather who used Dawnita to buy and sell his home in Pinedale. My grandfather and my grandmother told me endlessly how amazing Dawnita was. Being a real estate Appraiser who works with a lot of agents, I didn't really believe it. Until I arrived in Pinedale. #1. Dawnita ALWAYS answers the phone, even AFTER the house is sold. #2. Need someone locally? Need a referral? A notary? A handyman? Some movers? Dawnita knows everyone. And she bends over backwards to help you. She doesn't ghost you as soon as she gets her commission (like some agents do). She ACTUALLY CARES.
