She managed to find our septic tank beneath both rocky soil and a deck added later to the house. She reported a break-in to the house (it's a second home not occupied continually), called the police and met with them when they arrived. She oversaw several upgrades to the house and kept in touch with me re all details. She was agent to the buyers as well us the sellers, and was trusted and respected by both parties throughout the sale process. And finally I want to say that she is a kind, thoughtful, intelligent woman with a great sense of humor!
