ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was our agent when we purchased our cabin 16 years ago, so we naturally called her when we wanted to sell. She walked us through everything and gave us good advice. ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Dawn on the sale of our property in Marinette County. We interviewed three agents and she was the most impressive. She knew the market and gave us the most comprehensive market analysis for our property. There were not many good comparable properties so she used other criteria to suggest a sales price. She showed the property a few times and gave us good feedback after each showing. She did not pressure us in any way in dealing with the offer that we eventually accepted. She was extremely professional in all our dealings with her. She made the closing process very easy for us. We highly recommend Dawn!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn did an incredible job assisting in remotely selling a family members home after he moved into assisted living. The home was a mess having been neglected for years. Every room was filled with items that it looked like a hoarder lived in it. She brought in people to clear the clutter and clean. The photos in the listing barely looked like the same home before we had Dawn take over. Dawn is a very good communicator, responding to emails promptly. She even provided reminders to contact the utilities etc. prior to closing, much appreciated. We received multiple offers after just 1 open house. We were pleasantly surprised to sell the home for approximately 10% over asking. Did I mention this home was a total mess? Highly recommend Dawn if buying/selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was referred to us by a local contractor who has lived in the area for his entire life. She helped us get a selling reference the year before we put the home on the market - this helped us decide how much improvements we wanted to put in the property before placing on the market the following year. She provided an estimated asking price that was in line with other properties in the area and we proceeded with the selling contract. Dawn was easy to deal with due to her excellent communication skills keeping us informed all along the way. When we got to the negotiation of the sale - Dawns' years of experience and sound logic provided a great negotiation reference to make the process move forward. She also helped with the sale of our pontoon boat to the new home owner. Great Service from start to finish !!

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Dawn when we saw that she was the listing agent for the property. She got back to us in record time and set up a time for us to view the property. She had all pertinent information on the property, and also her knowledge of the local area helped answer questions we had. Dawn was on top of everything for us. She lives in the area and gave us contact information for utilities, Township, LP company, etc. She arranged for us to meet the sellers since we had some questions for them on care of the property. Dawn helped get it arranged for us to all close at the same office near the property, so we would not have so far to drive after closing. We highly recommend contacting Dawn if you are thinking of purchasing or selling up in her neck of the woods.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was great in helping us sell a property in Northern Wisconsin. She knows the market well and is a very competent real estate agent. She will guide you through the process and can be counted on for good advice. She also works hard and gets things done expediently. We had an issue with our title from a prior purchase and she diligently worked with the title company and Marinette County to fix the issue. I will be working with her again to sell another property I have in the coming years.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn started out having every bit of the information on the land we were selling. She took many pictures while she walked much of the acreage asking us questions about the hunting spots. She set up proper parking to see the property as not to upset neighbors. She just has a great personality and did a great job.

ZillowVERIFIED We are new to this area and just out of not knowing, things could have gone very wrong but Dawn was on top of everything at all times and taught us about things we would have only found out about after the sale, when it was too late. I have a favorite realtor in California and now I have one in Wisconsin/Michigan. I highly recommend Dawn Wartick.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn did a great job of completing a complicated sales with an older house and five siblings living in four states. Dawn's advice, marketing skills, sales expertise and knowledge of all facets of the real estate process were pivotal in selling our house. Dawn's communication was also outstanding. We had another realtor for over a year with no success and very little foot traffic. Dawn made a huge difference!

ZillowVERIFIED My friend and I purchased a property in Armstrong Creek in 2010. We chose Dawn Wartick as our agent and we were extremely satisfied with her help making a sometimes stressful event very enjoyable. When we decided to sell our property this summer , October, 2018 we immediately chose Dawn to assist us in that process. She again surpassed all our expectations. From the moment she listed our property until the day we closed she made sure we were informed with all and any proceedings related to the selling of our property. Again a stressful event made enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend her for any real estate venture. John Van Laanen

ZillowVERIFIED This is the 6th time we've bought a home with the help of a realtor throughout our life and we can tell you without hesitation that Dawn Wartick is in a class of her own, no one we've met can compare. Her knowledge of the area and all of its nuances is very helpful. She carries with her a sense of urgency to get things done and questions answered immediately. She had no reservations of being the liaison between the sellers and buyers no matter how awkward the subject at hand was. She was also helpful putting us in touch with local services. Again, you will not find a better agent in our opinion.Sincerely,Rob and Barb Lees

ZillowVERIFIED Hired Dawn to sell my hunting cabin and land. She was very professional and knew the market very well. She priced the property higher then I thought she would but I trusted her knowledge of the market. She provided great communication on any showings, where she was marketing the property etc. I was very pleased in the time it took to sell. Dawn made the closing very easy considering I was due for shoulder surgery about the same time. I would highly recommend Dawn.
