About Dawn Serralles
With roots in New Jersey, Dawn came to Southeast Florida in 1990. Real estate is a passion for Dawn, and with her background in Sales, it is easy to see why more than 50 families in 2020 called Dawn for help buying and selling. Dawn has been a part of the Coldwell Banker family for over 18 years, but she isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home. Dawn has served on her local Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society along with Habitat for Humanity and loves being a part of other local community events. When Dawn isn't in the office or volunteering, you'll often find her at enjoying time with her friends and family. I was pregnant with my son and didn’t want to miss all his milestones and wanted to become a mom who was able to chaperone school functions and being a realtor allows your the flexibility. I thought it would be a part time job for me but here I am 18 years later loving every moment as I reach my customers goals.
