We have bought and sold several homes over the years but this market is not what we have grown accustomed to. When we bought and sold previously there were plenty of homes available but this time the homes available where limited. This called for different skills than we had but Dawn was able to guide us in both the purchase and the sale. If it had not been for Dawn's knowledge and her ability to educate and guide us I don't think that we would have found our ideal home or sold our existing one. We moved to Ohio in Feb 2018 and have been hunting for homes since then. We have come across many realtors here in this past few months of which Dawn is definitely the best. Most of the realtors we met here were keen on getting our credit checked than trying to understand what we really wanted. We didn't want to do the credit check unless we saw a house that really impressed us. So, we were changing from one realtor to another until we met Dawn. Dawn is an amazing woman. She sat with us, talked with us and found our interest. She never pushed us with credit check or in buying a house. She gave us our space and helped us figure out what we wanted. One thing we really liked about her was the commitment to the job. She always came prepared for every meeting. She just did not hand us a copy of the house information that is already available on the internet, but made little notes that gave extra information about the house. She always discussed both the positives and negatives of every house we visited. Even tough we knew nothing about plumbing, furnace or roofs, she never left us blind sided. She discussed every aspect of the house and also made sure that she saw the house, before showing it to us. We were too hesitant to build a new house, but she gave the confidence to go ahead with that. Dawn is energetic, empathetic and skillful. She does not see her job as a profession, but as a passion. She is great with follow ups. Even though, her job is done, she still calls to find out how things are going and inquires if we need any other help. We will recommend Dawn to anyone who wants to buy a house that they feel as their HOME, because Dawn can find it for you.
