Dawn is a true professional in what she does . I truly appreciated her time and patience with me . With my mothers passing and having to wait for the courts Dawn would check in and see how things were going . When we were able to proceed Dawn was able to sell my moms condo over asking price . The next chapter was selling my Condo at full asking price and finally finding my new home until I retire . Dawn completed all three challenges. Thank you Dawn and her team . Job well done . See you for my future retirement home one day .

My husband and I were first time home sellers, and Dawn was very responsive and professional in helping us with the process. She was always available to answer questions and willing to set up multiple open houses to show our home. We appreciate her hard work and commitment in facilitating our house sale and would highly recommend her to others. Patti
Thank you so much Tom & Patti! It was a pleasure working with you both. Good luck in the new house!

Review I contacted Dawn because she lives in the same town as me. Great decision! She is, not only, a professional, but somehow seemed like a friend right from the start. She's easy to talk to and called, emailed or texted every time I contacted her with a question or problem. I went back and forth, wanting to sell my house, NOT wanting to sell my house, also complained to her that I couldn't stop crying at one point. Even with that, it just felt like she was always there for me and understood and didn't judge. Call Dawn (and Lynn). They are great to work with. I was happy with the price I got for my house and I think the buyer was too.Debbie Newton

Review Very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns no matter how minor. Her and her team will go to any length to get your property sold. Don't fall asleep on her ability to find you a new home as well. We purchased our new home with her help as well as sold our old one. I would have never done that with someone I didn't think was able to pull it off. Sure didn't want 2 mortgages forever. I would highly recommend Dawn and her team for your sale or purchase.

Review Dawn was such a pleasure to work with! She made the whole process of selling and buying a house so simple for us. We were not prepared to sell our house, when we found the house of our dreams but with Dawns help she told us what we needed to do in a short amount of time to get our house on the market. Our house was under contract in just 2 days! I could not imagine going through the whole selling and buying process without her. We are so thankful for Dawn and all her help through the process; especially answering our phone calls/texts at all hours of the day/night. Highly recommended!

Professional and efficient in ready the market as it related to our home. Very supportive in asking 30000$ more than other realestate agents. We sold in seven days. Offer came in $5,000 over our asking price. Most of day to day communication handled by assistant who was great.

Review Dawn was wonderful to work with. She was our relator for both selling our old home and buying the house of our dreams. Our house needed some updates before selling. She told us what to do, we did exactly as she said, and our house was on the market only 5 days before we got an offer.Dawn's team was also very instrumental in our sale process. Everyone was very responsive and worked with us through every step of the way, answering our questions, helping us solve minor issues, and providing advice and professional guidance as needed.I highly recommend Dawn and her team for any real estate needs. They will go the extra mile to help you accomplish your goals of buying and/or selling your home.

Review Dawn and her assistant Lynn have been amazing! Dawn pursued us multiple times to get the contract. Her house assessment was spot on and what we felt. Another Realtor wanted to list our home 100k less just for a quick sale! We asked Dawn to be present for all showings to assist in selling our home pointing out the many attributes and upgrades. Even during these difficult times w Covid19 we had many showings where Dawn insured everyones safety but still able to work effectively to sell our property. We were no longer living in CT and Dawn and Lynn were a dynamic team who gets results!! We would HIGHLY recommend you hiring Dawn Roussea to represent and sell your home!
