I have to give her a 4 and half because of some miss communication with her team members. Having said that I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone considering Calvert County.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Courtney Riley to be your real estate agent. I was in a tough position where I was leaving the country and really needed someone to pull through and get me into a specific style house in a specific area and with very limited time. For most real estate agents, what I was asking for was probably not doable given the time restraints. Through Courtneys professionalism, connections, and hard work I was approved for a mortgage at an unbelievable rate, and in the house Id always wanted in under a month. I would 100% recommend Courtney Riley for any and all of your real estate needs!!

ZillowVERIFIED If you want your house sold- you want Dawn Riley!! She sold our house in 6 days during the "down" winter months. From pricing our house perfectly, to taking the most amazing pictures, recommending what we need to do to touch up our house, and negotiating the best deal when we had an interested buyer, she was absolutely invaluable. We also had a few things pop up during inspection and she knew exactly what to do to minimize our impact and keep settlement on track. It's a bonus that she's also a great person and wonderful to work with!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the privelage of working with Sam Riley while looking for our forever home recently. Being new to the area, we did not have an agent so we requested to be contacted by one on Zillow. Sam was the one who answered our request and within the day she had contacted us and arranged to meet us for a showing. Upon meeting her, we immediately knew we had made the right decision. She was professional and very straightforward from the beginning and put us completely at ease with her friendly nature. Not only did we view the requested properties that day, but she went a step above and spent the next few hours of her day taking us to multiple locations and answering our many questions. Anytime during the process that we had questions or asked to view a new listing she was quick to respond and well prepared to answer those questions. She never hesitated to offer up additional suggestions as well that might have been helpful in making the best decision for our family. When we found our current home, Sam kept us continuously informed and made a stressful process effortless and fun. She took care of everything quickly. Being second time home buyers and having worked with other agents in the past, our personal experience with Sam was by far one of the best and an absolute pleasure! She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and truly cares about what she does. She was very personable and genuine in every way. Our family was truly lucky to have had such a wonderful home buying experience from start to finish and we would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to friends and family. Thank you to the entire Riley team.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband & I have worked with Dawn twice in just over two years. She was the sellers agent for a house we purchased in 2016 & was a delight. In 2017 we asked her to sell my family home that we had owned for over 40 years. Dawn was helpful in staging & understood the emotional difficulty in letting it go. She also was helpful in helping us get the full value of the home by encouraging us to hang in there when it didnt sell immediately! She is very hands on, answers calls or gets back very quickly. Dawn is a professional who is of the most knowledgeable realtors in this area. I have recommended her many times.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn set us up, walked us through the process, always available to answer questions and we absolutely felt we were in the best hands. Dawn helped us to stage the property to show at it's best. We even needed her advice for a handiman for repairs requested by the purchaser. Everything went right on time.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Sam Riley to any friends, acquaintances, family, and or co-workers around the area. Sam was extremely helpful with our home buying process. She was very patient, calm, explained the home buying process very well to me, answered all of our questions accurately and quickly, and she also worked very quickly when we were trying to buy a house. It was great to work with Sam as a first time home buyer. Sam was a great communicator with us and reached out to us daily during our home buying process. She was also awesome with finding us many home options within our prices ranges, desires, and locations we preferred. Sam Riley would be an awesome choice for anyone as an agent; shes friendly, warm, listens to her clients wants and interests in their dream home and finds it for you, and she is also very professional. Thank you for working with us Sam. We will use you again when we buy our next house.

ZillowVERIFIED Sam made our first time home buying experience very easy. We bought in southern Maryland and she is very familiar with the area which was helpful. She is knowledgeable about the homebuying process as well as the inspection process and all that happens after the purchase, she could ease our anxieties by letting us know what to expect. She is proactive but not pushy. She has even checked in with us a few times after our purchase because she cares about her clients and wants to be sure they are happy with their purchase. Most importantly for us, my husband and I work full time with long commutes and a toddler at home and were worried we would have no time to even look for houses but Sam was very adaptable and worked with our scheduled and never made that seem like a burden. I would highly recommend Sam Riley and the Riley team with re/max.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Courtney Riley was absolutely amazing. From the first time she took us to see a property I knew I liked her. She was very knowlegable, friendly, down to earth, and was always available. Not only was she a fabulous realtor it seemed as if I had known her my whole life. Now that she has helped us purchase our home and we will not be seeing/talking to her on a regular basis I am going to miss her. She will be highly recommended by us as to anyone I know looking for a home. Thank you for everything!!!

ZillowVERIFIED This review is for Courtney Riley: Courtney was our buyers agent while we were looking to relocate from Calvert to Anne Arundel county. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience working with her. Overall she was great at communication, responded quickly to questions and concerns, gave us regular updates, and would also check in with us to inquire about status of our to-dos and give reminders to keep everyone on schedule. To find houses to look at we used a combination of Courtney's automatic listings that she set up for us and our own searches on Zillow and the like. We'd set up with Courtney a date to go and look at houses, send her our list and she would deftly schedule a touring order and time schedule. We were always impressed with the organization. When touring houses Courtney was great about letting us look through the house at our own speed, but pointing out potential issues (old roof, signs of leaks, etc), and asking good questions about whether houses fit our 'wants' list (eg. "where would you put your home gym?". That helped keep us on track, and figure out what we were willing to bend on. Courtney is extremely knowledgeable and competent at all stages of the negotiation and contract processes, even when we had unusual circumstances to navigate (needed pre-occupancy due to extenuating circumstances, negotiating complicated requests for fixes on the new house after home inspection). She was professional but friendly at all stages of the process and we were extremely happy with the process, we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a buyer's agent. Thank you, Courtney!

ZillowVERIFIED From beginning to end Dawn Riley was friendly and very knowledgeable. She put me at ease for every part of the process of buying my new home. No matter what I needed or what my question was Dawn was there to answer right away. Dawn recommended the right people to help me as far as mortgage companies lenders and title companies; she even recommended trash pick up companies and for the numbers for cable and the sewer company as well as a security system! She took away all of my stress and made the homebuying process a breeze. I would go to Dawn Riley again in a minute if I had to buy or sell home.. I highly recommend her for the job .
