ZillowVERIFIED This was a long distance move for me and also my first home. From the beginning Dawn asked questions to get a feel for what I wanted in a home. She guided me threw the entire process step by step. She didn't try to sell me home, she helped me create a palette and we found the perfect home! Her urgency and timeliness was greatly appreciated. The process took 33 days from search to closing. She's just that good!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was hard working and honest. We were selling from out of state she kept me informed as to the process several times daily. It was emotionally very difficult to sell my childhood home, but she handled this for me with professionalism and compassion. I would recommend her highly as she was recommended to me highly. And she lived up to and exceeded my expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Dawn was aEURoeAWESOMEaEUR?. I was passed on from another agent to Dawn, and am very grateful for that transaction. When I meet Dawn her personality was more than enough, she was professional, passionate, collective, funny and most of all very patient. This was a challenge for me because I had no idea where I wanted to move; and no idea what I was looking for but Dawn made it happen. She was on top of things: morning, noon and night nonstop. She goes out her way to accommodate you, I just closed in June and she still keeps in touch. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AWESOME REAL AGENT TRY DAWN. YOU WOULD NOT REGRET IT.

ZillowVERIFIED I was lucky to have found Dawn Richardson. I was going through a major change in my life and needed to find a place to rent ASAP. I had specific requirements to accommodate my pets and monthly allowance. While it got challenging at times, she was understanding and ended up finding me the perfect little townhome. I still live here 2 1/2 years later and Dawn still checks in with me frequently to make sure things are going well. I appreciate her professionalism, dedication, patience, and effort to stay in contact. I highly recommend Ms. Richardson to anyone looking to buy or rent.

ZillowVERIFIED We were living in Mobile, Alabama and wanted to relocate to the Atlanta area. Some of the real estate agents did not want to be bothered. Dawn followed up and found us several properties that we could visit. We found our "dream home" and have been here for over 5 years. Thanks to here we got an excellent deal on a property which needed some fixing up. We were able to make it our home. We were very pleased with the way she handled the transaction and with her as a person. I believe she will do right by anyone who seeks here services and will do her very utmost to find you a home you will love.
