ZillowVERIFIED Staging and pictures were excellent . Our contact with Dawn was minimal and mostly initiated by us. I feel she could have communicated with us more. Our feedback on showings sometimes took 2 days. Checked with others selling their homes and recieved feedback by end of day. Dont feel she put 100% into selling our home.

Dawn held our hands through the whole process giving us valuable tips on which home improvements to do to help our home be the most marketable it could be and also staged our house for us just before putting it on the market. Once we got to the negotiation phase she handled everything graciously and helped us negotiate smartly and fairly. Dawn did all this with a lovely disposition, always upbeat, and always showing us that she knows this business inside and out and knows the area intimately. When it came time to buy homes she was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and suggested homes that she knew were to my taste without ever being pushy. Dawn really gets to know her clients and goes the extra mile to make sure all the necessary details are taken care of. We both feel extremely fortunate that we had Dawn for this process.
