ZillowVERIFIED I had a VIP client who needed to sell her Florida home during a very sensitive and emotional time, following the passing of her husband. This was not a typical transactionaEUR"it required discretion, compassion, and a high level of professionalism. Dawn McComish was exactly the agent I hoped to find. She handled every detail with care, grace, and confidence. She was thoughtful with my client, easy to communicate with, and a true pleasure to work alongside. Most importantly, she knew exactly how to price and market the property strategically. The home received multiple offers and sold in a short period of time, which was a tremendous relief for my client during a difficult chapter. Dawn delivered results while making the process feel calm, respectful, and seamless.

Her advice was always good, she was timely in her responsiveness, and she knew all the right people I needed to know to complete a purchase transaction from banker to rental agent to inspectors. And if the first one didnt work she always had a back up. Highly recomended.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn McComish and her team were exceptional throughout the entire sale process. This was a remote sale for my client, who is not based in Florida, and Dawn truly went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. She was incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable about the Islamorada market, coordinated with local vendors, movers, and contractors, and handled many on-the-ground tasks Id never expect a realtor to take on. Her smart pricing strategy generated multiple offers quickly, and she managed a seamless escrow from start to finish. Id highly recommend Dawn to anyone buying or selling in the Florida Keys.

ZillowVERIFIED 3 years after purchase, Dawn recommended her maintenance team to repair damage left by a recent tenant. Stuart and Mike did an amazing job. Everything from replacing the front door/frame, B/R light/fand and more are all now fully restored. They did and exceptional job, and I am very happy with the work performed. Both are knowledgeable and very personable. They provided detail explanations on each step in the process as well as recommending cost effective solutions. They come highly recommended, and I would gladly call upon them again. (Plumbing, electrical, gen Maintenace and construction)

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor in the FL Keys who is an expert in their craft and most importantly will listen to what you your wants are in a property, Dawn is the realtor you are seeking. Dawn started our journey of finding a vacation home in the Keys by showing us different properties in the Marathon area to give us options to look at. At each showing she would ask us questions about each property and learn what we liked and didnt like and then what were our "must haves". She took that information and was ultimately able to get us in a property that checked off everyone of our wants. Additionally here connections with inspectors, insurance agents, mortgage officers and the closing team made the closing one of the least transactions I have ever been a part of. Thank you Dawn for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED What started out as a day trip to Key West 13 years ago, led us to purchasing our dream home guided by our realtor-turned-friend, Dawn McComish. My husband and I began working with Dawn when we were casually looking at Key West properties. We were impressed with her depth of knowledge regarding the market, neighborhoods, flood zones and intricate real estate documentation. Friendly, prompt and detail oriented, Dawn is intuitive and a joy to work with. Her professionalism and truthfulness set us at ease with the purchasing process. She not only spent hours with us online during the looking process, but she represented us honestly during negotiations and has helped us post-purchase. She did the walkthrough for us, stood in for us at the inspection and even went to the home to bring in deliveries on multiple occasions. Dawn McComish is a fabulous realtor and an amazing person. We highly recommend her and would use her again should the need arise.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn worked with us through every stage of the process. We are out of state buyers and she worked as our eyes and ears for opportunities and finally through the purchase. She very quickly had an intuitive grasp of our wants and needs and really looked out to find the right property for us. Dawn is super competent with all the processes, and we trusted her like a family member (the good kind) . Dawn was always available and did an incredible job helping us understand the local market and the important parts of the deal. She was on top of every process and has a great team assembled. The mortgage broker she recommended to us was also incredible and was able to get the most competitive rate we could find. Just an incredible experience.

ZillowVERIFIED You will not find a more genuine and hard working realtor than Dawn McComish. We just completed a purchase in the Keys. Dawn had it handled every step of the way. Often asking questions that I didn't think of. She has a remarkable knowledge of the areas and the process. Whether you need insurance, inspection, handyman, or even a good restaurant, she has you covered. This is full service and beyond. We did our entire transaction remotely. Dawn is extremely organized and a great communicator. Her and her team made the entire process simple, clear and without error. Plus she will meet us at our new home to do follow up. It just doesn't get any better. I would absolutely use Dawn again. Call her, you will be delighted.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn answered our email within minutes of us sending a request to look at a house in the middle Florida Keys. She had no idea who we were, and this was a true spur of the moment request to look at a house we had not originally planned on buying. She drove from Key West to the middle keys to meet us the following day even though she knew we had gone on vacation not planning to buy a home. On our way back home, we told her to make an offer and make it happen and she did just that. She represented us at the inspection and final walkthrough so that we did not have to fly back to the keys and she gave us contact names for absolutely everything we needed before we got back down there to move in. Beyond being a great realtor and being responsive, she is just incredibly fun and a great person. Highly recommend Dawn for your realtor needs and getting you set up in your Florida Keys life!

ZillowVERIFIED My family immediately connected with Dawn because she is a real person. What you see is what you get and that spoke volumes to us because we are the same. Our first time out with her she stopped off to grab everyone something to drink in-between houses. My boys were grateful for that and made mention how nice that was for her to think of us. It is the little things like that that let you know she has a true interest in you as a person, not just as a client. We met up again for a whirlwind house hunting excursion where Dawn tried to discern what we really had interest in. She took us to many properties so that we could understand the market and what would work for our family. She gently guided us with her knowledge of the different areas we were interested in helping us see the big picture. Dawn has made the buying experience easy by setting us up with her team of experts for all aspects of the process. She answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and has continued to stay in contact to make sure if we need any more help she is there. She is an exceptional realtor and person. Thanks Dawn!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend connecting with Dawn given her high attention to detail, timely communication, responsiveness and follow through given the number of potential gremlins that can surface during a real estate transaction. Dawn knows her market and has developed reliable relationships with Florida lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents and closing reps which all came through for a stress free transaction as scheduled. Dawn is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Give her a call.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking at a property in Key West on Zillow and were referred to Dawn to see the property. We did not know what to expect of her as it seemed to be the luck of the draw. It was in fact, a lucky draw. We knew the neighborhood as felt comfortable touring the property remotely from Wisconsin. Dawn was an excellent video tour guide. When we wanted to examine something more closely, Dawn took care of it. After the tour, Dawn showed us up and down the street to see the neighbors' houses. She had us talk to another resident of the condo association to get the lay of the land. We decided to make an offer and Dawn was helpful in targeting a fair market price. Ultimately, we walked away from the deal on price but decided that our experience with Dawn was excellent and wanted to keep working with her. She claims to provide concierge service on her web-site and that is exactly what we experienced working with her. We looked at a few more opportunities before finding one that would suit us. Again, Dawn provided a guided video tour which included a more extensive drive around the neighborhood as we were not as familiar with it. We decided to make an offer and appreciated Dawn's advice to maximize our chances (there was a competing offer). Our offer was accepted at what we felt were fair terms. Dawn introduced her team to ensure a timely and efficient closing. And went above and beyound. We needed to furnish the home from Wisconsin: she connected us with the person who staged the house - what a find! Dawn coordinated with her to make sure the home was set up at closing. I came down for the final walk through and everything was set up and move in ready! Dawn made sure we were set up for insurance and various service providers we would need to prepare for Hurricane Ian. Luckily we were spared, but prepared. Dawn also made sure I knew how to secure local property rights for our home. I would work with Dawn again without hesitation and highly recommend her. She is one of the best real estate agents I have worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED Having met Dawn by accident, we feel we were exceptionally lucky to have done so. We were considering selling our home in Key West but with our confidence in Dawn, we went ahead. She brought us serious buyers, one after another, until the perfect Buyer came along within the first two weeks. After that agreement became firm, she couldnt have been more professional nor knowledgeable navigating the challenges that inevitably arise with a transaction this size. We would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Keys. She has surpassed our vision of the aEURoeperfect realtor.aEUR? We cannot stress enough Dawns experience and knowledge of the market. She is by far the best realtor anyone could possibly hope to find.

ZillowVERIFIED We felt super lucky to have found Dawn available to sell our property as she gave it her full attention. Dawn is knowledgeable and experienced with selling the keys. Our unique property had an HOA and she made sure she knew all there was to know about the rules of property. We didn't have to tell her all the ins and outs. It was very refreshing to know that she would have the answers to all questions or find them out and get back to us within minutes. Dawn was a very proactive real estate agent. She actively pursued our needs and interests. She was a real go-getter with the ability to problem-solve along the way because there were all kinds of unknowns with this property that arose and she got to the bottom of everything, which ultimately sold it.She was ahead of the game and willing to do the extra homework it took to sell our property. She was professional and was willing to go the extra mile with our tenant and keep our tenant informed throughout the sale and beyond. Dawn was also very reliable. We knew we could count on her communicating with us via text, email and calling promptly. She made sure our property pictures were great and swiftly uploaded to MLS. We never dreamed we'd get the price we got with her help. She is so personable. She has the rare ability to be a dear friend before, during and after the sale of our property. We wouldn't hesitate to ask her to be our realtor again in the future.
