ZillowVERIFIED As a real estate appraiser working in the Valley for over 25 years, Ive dealt with a lot of realtors and most of them were very good at their jobs. But when it came time to sell our house, I knew I wanted Dawn to be our realtor. Our house went into MLS on Thursday and we had four offers by Monday, thanks to Dawns excellent staging ideas, the amazing pictures taken by her professional photographer, and her hard work. She kept us informed throughout the whole process, and I suspect she was always behind the scenes keeping the deal on track. In the end, we got over our list price and closed early. Dawn gets results!

ZillowVERIFIED I am relativity new to AZ and decided to make my first home purchase in Phoenix. I needed a local agent and my friend recommended Dawn since she help him sell his old home and got him into his current one. The initiate contact was super easy. I sent an email late Saturday afternoon and was surprise to get response that evening. I provided some basic overview of my situation and ask a few questions. She replied within a few hours. After the first meeting, the house hunting was great. She offer to drive me to all the different area, which was awesome. I eventually picked a place and was help through the entire buying process. She was even there for inspection and home new orientations (i decided to buy a newly built home from a home builder). During the entire process, she kept note for me and ask questions that I didn't ask. Overall great experience, especially since I was first time buyer. Dawn help explain contacts and process all along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn has been wonderful to work with. Not only does she know the area well, she has a great network of people to assist you in buying the house you want. As the inventory is low you really have to act quickly. The first house we looked at (on a Saturday) had just come on the market and we fell in love with it. We were not yet qualified but Dawn was able to get in touch with a lender on the weekend, get us qualified and have an offer in that day. If you want to get that dream house you have to act quickly and need someone who knows the ropes.
