ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an awesome experience with Dawn. We are fairly new to the area so we needed someone with experience in the area and she was exactly that. We had to house hunt, buy and move in, in little over 60 days, and due to our fairly difficult schedule we needed someone who was willing to work with us. Dawn was VERY responsive answering her phone and emails almost immediately. She showed us almost 30 homes in a months time but never pushed us to buy something that was right for us. In fact she was honest in every way, which is what we needed due to us getting auntsie about the timeline. If you are looking for someone with lots of experience, honesty, excellent response time and just overall an amazing realtor you need to chose Dawn! We did not know Dawn prior to being referred to her and we definitely would do it all over again and refer her to both friends and family!

There wasnt much out there but Dawn came through. She found me my perfect house just before I was getting ready to sigh a new rental agreement. She did a incrediable job for me. I fired her and my wife and I interviewed and hired Dawn. WHAT A BLESSING!!!! Finally a realtor that can sell a house not just help you buy one. And yes, there is a difference. With her photos, script, video tour and a massive launch, we sold our nome in less than 2 weeks. Morale of the story...interview realtors - dont hire them based on a friends recommend. Better yet, just hire Dawn Manz and save the interview time. She kept us informed all along the way. We did not have to hunt her down for information. Absolutely ..positively..hands down..an amazing person and realtor. 5 stars is not high enough praise ! 20 would be more appropriate.

His house was under contract within 24 hrs of the 1st showing. Dawn kicked into high gear and found them another home. In the meantime I was with them and found & bought a lot. My husband and I told Dawn to put our house on the market. It sold within 2 weeks. We referred Dawn to a friend and they just had their offer on a house accepted and now Dawn is putting their house on the market. Im telling you shes a closer and knows how to get the job done. Thats right we were her customer for about 2 years. She knew exactly what we wanted but we always had something in house that we did not like. Finally we pulled off short sale deal on 1 house that we liked. She had so much knowledge and connections in the Lakeland that she can pull off any deal. Dawn was very short and abrubt stating I should just wait until my house had sold before looking. The realtor that took the time to show me houses in different areas even while waiting for my house to close was the realtor I chose since she treated me as though what I was asking was not a bother. We are all busy but buying a house is a huge undertaking especially for a newly divorced woman buying the house on her own.

We re-located from Michigan to Mulberry in June and came down with our daughter and son-in-law in May to view and purchase properties. She treated us as though we were her only clients that week (but we certainly were not) and showed us all multiple listings. During our first visit she courteously toured around the Lakeland area visiting several properties that might fit our needs. I learned many pointers on real estate from her and she also provided details on the best locations to consider purchasing a home. On our second visit we ended up going to the first development we were showed during our initial viewing. She was absolutely amazing allowing us to compare lender rates, negotiating strategies and pricing for construction upgrades.
