ZillowVERIFIEDIf you need an experienced real eatate professional, look no further. Dawn Jordan is the real thing. She helped my family sell our family home in Remsenburg asap. From day one she made us feel comfortable and told us not to worry, she was on the job. And that was the truth! She sold our home for over the asking price, coordinated with the buyers and my lawyer until the finish line. If you need your house sold in Remsenburg or Westhampton Dawn is your agent!! Thank you so much!!

ZillowVERIFIED This is my fourth transaction with Dawn and let me tell you, she just keeps getting better and better! Her attention to detail, willingness to help from start to finish, and the quality and breadth of her resources is like no other! This transaction required a great deal of coordination in terms of timelines and Dawn was AMAZING! She was available at all hours of the day and night to accommodate showings, address any concerns that I had, and to simply just check in to catch up and keep me informed. I know she has other clients, however she always makes me feel like I am the only client and all of her efforts are on the sale of my property. I wish I had the words to fully express my gratitude. If you are looking for an extraordinary and successful experience, call Dawn!!

She took the time to understand my families needs, our timeline, and expectations for when we ideally wanted to be closed and out of our current home to move from NY to NC. ZillowVERIFIED Moving 80+ year olds with years of memories isnt the easiest task. When my parents made the decision to move I quickly hired Dawn Jordan to sell their home knowing how she has managed the real estate market out here in Manorville, and specifically their development. Not only did she negotiate an offer over asking price in 1 day, she stayed with me every step of the way. She educated us on everything we needed to know since we hadnt sold or purchased anything for over 20 years and a lot has changed since then. She constantly answered all my questions, and helped facilitate our timeline to get them to Florida when they needed to be. working with Dawn made a normally stressful process much easier and peaceful for us all. If you plan to buy or sell I would definitely call Dawn.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was recommended to me by a dear family friend, and a fickle customer if I must say. As a first-time home buyer, Dawn exceeded any expectations I may have had and defied all stereotypes of this industry. She was in lockstep with me from our first meeting, really listening and caring for my needs. Dawn showed me numerous properties that hadnt been released on the market yet which was how I was able to buy my condo! If it was not for Dawn, I am confident that I would not have found my perfect first home. On top of her knowledge of the local market, Dawns communication style allowed me to feel confident that she had my best and trusted interests at heart. She explained aspects to me that I was unsure of, and maintained constant and open communication throughout the entire process. She was able to put me in touch with other local experts to aid in completing the purchase with ethics and morals at the forefront. Dawn has become a lifelong friend and I would trust her as a recommendation for anyone looking!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was referred to my husband and I by another one of her happy customers. When we met her for the first time and we discussed putting our home on the market, we knew she was the absolute right person to entrust the sale of one of our largest assets. She spent time with us to understand why we were selling and listened when we talked about our hope for the next owner of our home. She went above and beyond by giving recommendations to improve how our home would present and she managed the entire process from photography to showings, to discussing offers. Dawn was hands on from start to finish. She took every call we made to her and answered every question we had. She has a wealth of real estate knowledge and knows so many related professionals that she can recommend to you to handle any unforeseen situation that may come up in the sales process.
