Review Dawn treated our family terribly. We were looking for a house to rent/buy. Found one she was selling. The owner wanted to rent or buy. She went beyond our best interested and tried to sell it to us when we rented. She didnt respond or follow up unless I asked. She wouldnt even directly answer questions. We had to ask the same question 3-4 times to get an answer. We have 2 young boys in school and live 45 minutes away. They expected us to move into the home in 8 days from applying. Instead of letting us wait until the following month, they gave it to a less qualified candidate (We make over 4 times the amount of rent), just so they could get money quicker. The landlord took a less qualified applicant and Dawn did nothing to help our case. She even said in the beginning that the owner wanted to sell it, but at the end we found out the owner wanted to rent it. It was extremely obvious from the beginning that our best interests did not matter. All her and the owner were worried a out was how they can make money, then screwed over our family and kids. It was the most inconsiderate stuff we've ever seen in housing. She don't care anything about you and only cares about money.

Review My son is attending UNOH and wanted to move off campus, he visited the house that Dawn was the agent several times. She was happy to show him the house along with some of his friends several times. We finally decided to make the trip from Maryland to Lima, OH. I had talked with Dawn a couple of times before our visit and she lined up several houses for us to look at. We ended up putting a contract on the house our son had looked at and returned to Maryland. Dawn was wonderful working through the whole purchase process while we were out of state which took a lot of communication and a lot of work on her part from lining up house inspector, terminate inspector, etc. She set up and arranged everything we needed. She meet with my son to do the walk through and anything else that needed to be done, above and beyond a normal agents duties. We plan to sell when our son is finished school and are hopeful she is still an agent. We Highly recommend her!

Review We first met with Dawn by asking her to show us a house she was the realtor of and while there we discussed what we loved and got to know her and she got to know us. She offered to show us another house we like and immediately started working on getting us in to see it! She was so friendly and helpful with all of our questions and very knowledgeable! She was the sellers realtor of the house we bought but worked so hard to help us get the price we were looking for while keeping her sellers happy too! We worked with her for a short time but she was so awesome at filling us in on detials, responding quicker than expected, always on top of things and keeping us informed. I highly recommend her and am so glad we found her and had the chance to work with her!

Review We were living in Illinois, so we were only able to look at homes in the Lima, OH area over a 2 day period, so Dawn spent the whole time with us as we needed, even driving out to more remote locations that we were considering. We ended up going through the whole purchase process while we were out of state which took a lot of communication and a lot of leg work for Dawn. She set up and arranged everything we needed. On top of that, the home needed a lot of remodeling before we moved in and she arranged to meet the painters, the flooring people, etc. She did everything that we couldn't do ourselves to get the remodel (mostly) done before moving in. She went way beyond her regular duties to help us out. Highly recommended!
