Mrs. Dawn Holmes made this typically confusing process exciting. She was diligent when presenting the properties that she knew based on my desires, would peak my interest. Her excellent customer service and determination in making sure I understood the home buying process allowed me to make informed decisions. She is truly an asset to the industry. Mrs. Dawn made my experience pleasurable.

Professional, dedicated, and outstanding in what she does for her clients. Dawn helped me and my spouse purchase our new built home. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. At times when I felt unsure she was constantly reassuring and professional while going through the home purchasing process with us. If I had to do this process all over again, I wouldn't do it without her. I look to forward to purchasing properties with Dawn in the future. If you're second guessing if she's the right realtor for you guess no more you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Dawn -Shantrell.

Thank you Dawn Holmes for all of your help throughout my home buying process! You made the process easy with your wealth of knowledge and expertise. You always asked the questions to sellers and agents that I would have never thought to ask as a first time home buyer.

This was my first home purchase. I wasnt very knowledgeable about the process, but Mrs. Dawn helped me and educated me throughout all stages. She made sure I knew every step to take when purchasing a home. I appreciate the time and patience she had with me & will recommend her to any new or experienced home buyers .
