Mentioned another listing (not hers) around the corner, would we want to see that one just coming onto the market? It literally was being cleaned when we walked through and BAAM! that's the house. She helped us navigate making an offer, going back and forth with counters, even through the loan and inspection process got us into contact with the experts we needed! We're still working on selling our special long-time home, and she's sticking to us patientily and aggressively too. She has a warm, honest, friendly personality who will not hold back what is reality and what is not. We also referred her to our daughter to sell her home, and she's taking good care of her.
