Dawn Guyer

Hey there, future homebuyer or seller! I'm so glad you're here. As a proud member of the eXp Realty team, I'm passionate about helping people navigate the real estate world with confidence, clarity, and a truly personalized experience.

With a long history in customer service and management, I've built my career on delivering exceptional support-and I'm honored to have earned consistent 5-star ratings on Google from past clients. Their trust means everything to me, and it reflects my commitment to communication, honesty, and going the extra mile for every buyer and seller I work with.

As a lifelong resident of the Greater Des Moines area, I've watched our community grow into a vibrant, welcoming place full of opportunity. Whether you're exploring bustling neighborhoods, quiet suburbs, or hidden local gems, I'm here to help you find the perfect fit for your lifestyle and goals.

I'm also an active member of the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce, where I proudly support local businesses and community initiatives. I'll be stepping into the role of Chamber President in 2026, continuing my mission to strengthen and uplift the place we all call home.
