She was quick to fire up her laptop and show me the comps in the area and then asked ME what my thoughts were. She LISTENED to me and what I wanted. Before she left that morning I had point of contacts for every single person that I needed to get in touch with. What I didnt know was she had an entire team of great people to work with. It was more than just her. Every single one that worked behind the scenes was beyond helpful. Before you knew it I didnt have just Dawn, I had my own support section. Dawn and her team certainly did. In less than 72 hours, we had the house completely staged. (I highly suggest doing this. We went live with the home earlier than anticipated and had quite a few showings and an offer on the table in 48 hours. We had inspections that Dawn and her team assisted in any way they could. Every time someone was there we all we copied on the email, texted, or direct phone call. It never once felt like we were talking to a salesperson. It felt like we were talking to someone who wanted to help us move. Buying and selling a home can be an incredibly stressful experience. Dawn did everything she could to make it not so bad. The buyer wanted things fixed and Dawn found contractors for us and did all the logistical work. Then, we decided we wanted to buy a house and Dawn set us up with Natalie. Natalie made buying a house reasonable and even fun! She answered all my questions and if she didn't know she told me she would find out. She was never pushy with trying to get us to go to the top or over our budget. She knew every single detail of the process. Her knowledge of construction and HVAC was a definite advantage when looking at older homes. She's an excellent negotiator. She even got the seller to pay some closing costs after we had waived inspection negotiations. Additionally, working with the entire Dawn Griffin Group as a whole helped connect us to quality inspectors, HVAC companies, etc. It really felt like the entire staff was there for us to hold our hand through the home-buying process.
