Every post just made me love her more then one day I finally decided to call her. I am a person who has extreme OCD when it comes to conducting business. We spoke on the phone and the first conversation I explained everything i wanted and how prepared I was for this process. Once my credit was good Dawn got me preapproved with Hakim and within a few days we were out house shopping. She is very pleasant and it does not matter what your budget is 50,000 or 200,00 thousand you get treated with the upmost respect. Dawn even gave me door to door service when we went looking at houses, which was plenty. Helped me do all the paper work as well. She really cares about you not just about making a sale.
