FAQ
It is imperative to align yourself with a REALTOR that is experienced and knowledgeable. They are the ones that will help you put a team of professionals together for your entire journey. The REALTOR you choose MATTERS! You need someone that listens, educates, negotiates and protects you!
It is imperative that you align yourself with a REALTOR that is experienced and knowledgeable. Loop them in when you first have a thought of selling. They will help you with a plan to get your home ready to sell! Updates that a seller think needs to be completed are not always the best use of your resources. I am hear to tell you what will help place your home above the other!
I specialize in working with the Military community, First Time Home Buyers and Sellers. From small condos to large "McMansions" I am rolling up my sleaves with you to get you moving!
Some of my favorite transactions are ones that many will not take on! Many Realtors choose to not work with clients with smaller budgets. The thing is, those are the best! These clients recognize the task and appreciate someone treating them with respect, just like a million dollar client.
I have always loved real estate! I was the HGTV house hunters addict! I would bore my husband on the weekends with open houses. I was in upper level transportation management and simply was not happy. I literally called my husband up in tears one day saying I just wanted to sell houses. Thankfully he was super supportive and said, well then do it! That was 12 years ago and what an amazing, fulfilling ride it has been! It is always a good day when you LOVE what you do!
I believe knowledge is power! I pride myself on continuing to educate myself well beyond the state required hours. I am a Certified Military Relocation Professional, an Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of the REALTOR Institute, A Broker (which is the top level of realtor) and an owner of my brokerage. I am actively involved in my local & state realtor associations and advocate for my clients' property rights through legislation.
