Being out of state really put a limit on what I could do, and my previous realtor was not handling things like I needed. With a little research on Zillow I found Dawn and asked her if she could help me get this house sold! From the moment she took over as listing agent, I could tell that we were in good hands. We were on the market for 30 days and closed escrow in 28 days. Total time on the market with Dawn was just under 60 days. ZillowVERIFIED Weve used Dawn for 3 sales and 2 purchases and, have referred her to family. I cant think of a higher compliment than the day we recommended her to Mom and Dad. We never would have done that if we had any doubt in her abilities. If youre a seller, Dawn will guide you through the entire process including a Professional Staging Consultation, Professional Photography, a 3-D Tour and HD Drone Footage. Her photography team will make your house look amazing and that brings showings. During our listing, a similar home on our street was also up for sale at a lower price per square foot. We outperformed them in showings at a rate of 3 to 1. We received multiple offers and closed in one month at full asking price and above the comps in our neighborhood while they, are still trying to sell their house several months later after three price reductions and a change in Realtors. Dawn will be up front with her opinion of the market and comps, allowing the highest possible listing price that takes into consideration the time frame you have to sell your home. She knows most of the established Realtors working the Northwest Houston area and their preferred lenders which, in our case, came in very handy when our buyer ran into a problem the night before closing. She led us through that difficulty and got us to closing within 3 days of the original date all while advising us on a Plan B if things didnt go our way. If youre a buyer, Dawn will find you the largest pool of potential homes to consider. We chose new construction. During the search, Dawn saw through a potential nightmare that a builder was leading us toward just to close the deal. The salesman was saying yes to everything we asked for and Dawn, knowing they couldnt easily deliver what he was promising, explained why. We walked away and looking back, are glad that we did. Dawn didnt sit back and let us sign a contract that she knew could be a problem for us later rather, she focused on our interests, not her own. I dont know of a better example of ethical behavior in Real Estate than walking away from a commission to protect your client and that is exactly what Dawn did for us that day. She has years of experience with the builders in and around Houston and shell tell you exactly what to expect from them. We used her advice to select the best builder in the area based on experience, reputation, warranty, customer satisfaction and, get this, she even knew the individual construction manager that would be in charge of our project and his reputation. Shes that detailed. As we write this review, we are under construction and to date, are very happy with the process and progress. Dawn is an excellent Realtor with an excellent team and she would be well worth your time to interview.
