Dawn is professional, detailed oriented and knowledgeable of the Staten Island housing market. We made an initial attempt to sell my house back in 2009 but the market was really bad. She was honest and offered her expertise, she suggested that we wait for the market to improve. I rented the house and waited as she suggested. In the end her advice paid off. I sold my house at the best price for me. Her advice as my realtor was accurate and completely exceeded my expectations. When anyone asks me about buying or selling a home, she is the only realtor I recommend.
