ZillowVERIFIEDAs a former Fannie Mae Asset manager, I worked with Dawn Dunavant for many years. Dawn manages and sells real estate as if they were her own properties. I honestly can say that Dawn is one of the most honest and detailed oriented human being I have ever met. Her demeanor and professionalism are exceptional. Her knowledge of the Real Estate Business is unmatched. Buying or selling a home is something you should take very seriously, it is one of the biggest investments of your live. Don't be mistaken by real estate agents that promise you the world and they can't deliver. If you need someone to assist you with your next Real Estate venture no matter how complicated it might be. Dawn and her team are the right choice. Miguel Romeu
ZillowVERIFIEDDawn is an amazing agent! There is no one more knowledgeable about the REO process, and buying and selling properties in the area. Extremely friendly and energetic, this lady is an expert in her market. Always friendly and available for questions and concerns, she and her staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I always refer anyone who is looking for an agent to Dawn Dunavant at Reece and Nichols!
