I can't say enough good things about Dawn. She made herself available to me when I needed. I flew down a few times and we looked at everything that looked promising. She helped narrow the search down with her extensive knowledge of the area and properties. Even when inspections did not go well she was there to start over. I did not have a big budget and she worked just as hard as if it had been large. If you want an agent that will do everything in her power to find you a home you will be happy with look no further.
