Dawn is the cream of the crop when it comes to realtors. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in North Port and surrounding areas. Also, after listening to my concerns and preferences, she went the extra mile to find properties that were very much what I was looking for and within my budget. Dawn was a miracle worker for us! We live in Michigan and she sold our Florida condo in 90 days (Even during COVID-19)!! She went above and beyond her real estate duties to list, show and even clean out the condo for us. She is professional and efficient in her communications and highly motivated. I have never seen someone work as hard and dilligently as Dawn did for my mother in law. She went above and beyond of what is expected of an agent. In my opinion, Dawn did not make enough money for all the work she did. If I ever buy or sell a house anywhere near Dawn, i will be using her services.

I can't say enough good things about Dawn. She made herself available to me when I needed. I flew down a few times and we looked at everything that looked promising. She helped narrow the search down with her extensive knowledge of the area and properties. Even when inspections did not go well she was there to start over. I did not have a big budget and she worked just as hard as if it had been large. If you want an agent that will do everything in her power to find you a home you will be happy with look no further. I could go on and on about how helpful and professional she is. You will not find a better agent!! I move on an average of every 3 years and have dealt with many agents across the country and she is the best!
