ZillowVERIFIEDBefore we found Dawn, we had used two other agents who dont deserve to be called agents. Both were lazy and didnt put any effort into generating interest as well as minimal communication with us about anything at all. We had already been struggling paying two mortgages for a year while our house sat by the time we found Dawn. She may as well have come riding in on a white horse. She jumped right in with both feet and worked her tail off jumping through all hoops for us while simultaneously keeping up fully informed and updated on everything the whole time. I just know she was going to be the one who got it sold and boy was I right! Not only is she proactive and communicative, but she even does cute little things to encourage positivity through the closing process. I received three adorable little gift boxes in the mail with sweet notes about relaxing because we are on the home stretch and goodies in them. We are beyond blessed to have found her and I wish we had sooner. If I could award her 1000 stars, thats what she deserves.
