The Cazares and Baltar Group is the best realtor team my wife & I have had the privilege of working with. Manny & Dawn beautifully staged our home and effectively posted professional HD photos and videos of our home online. Less than two weeks after listing our property, we chose the best of multiple offers and closed escrow over our asking price. Thank you Manny and Dawn!

We are so thankful to have Dawn and her team help us in the sale of our house. They are an elite A++ Realtor group. Savvy marketing. Meticulous and classy presentation. Fast response time. Smart advices. Dedicated hours of open houses. All of these attributes resulted in a quick and profitable sale of our house in an extremely challenging market. On top of all that, they are extremely nice people! Dawn and her team have our highest recommendations.

Dawn and Manny have been helping our extended family through multiple purchases/sells and they have been absolutely a pleasure to work with through the entire process. They are always available, friendly and extremely supportive. We are not local and they have been incredibly helpful with multiple FaceTime house viewings and final walkthrough with the seller, since we couldnt always be present in person, going out of their way to help us buy our new perfect home.

Our experience with Dawn and Manny to sell our home in El Dorado Hills was exceptional. Everything they shared with us about their approach in preparing to list our home (inspection, decluttering, staging), creating marketing materials (video, flyers, showing the home), negotiating the final deal and finalizing all the paperwork were accomplished in a collaborative and professional manner. Dawn and Manny are wonderful individuals who we enjoyed spending time with throughout the process. We highly recommend Dawn and Manny!

If you are looking for the best real estate agents in the El Dorado Hills area, look no further than Manny Cazares and Dawn Baltar. From our initial consultation, throughout the entire sales process, we were constantly informed on every aspect of our home sale. Manny and Dawn were amazing with their many years of experience and attention to every detail that went into our sale. We cannot thank them enough for helping us through the process and selling our home.

Ande was wonderful to work with and was instrumental in finding us the perfect home for our family for many, many years to come. Her knowledge of the areas we were looking at and what we liked after only a few meetings was exceptional. She was extremely patient with us (we changed our mind a lot) and she and her team genuinely cared about finding us the right home. I?m pretty sure they were as excited as we were when we found it! We?ve been in our home a few weeks now and couldn?t be happier! The only bad thing is that I miss talking to Ande everyday. :)

There are not enough stars to review the service we received from Dawn Baltar and Manny Cazares! We never knew realtors could be this good! Prior to choosing the Cazares Baltar team to represent us, we had approached other realtors to discuss pricing of our home. We had made many improvements to our home and wanted to price it aggressively. Other realtors thought we were being too aggressive but not the Cazares Baltar team! We eventually received $10,000 over the list price! Thanks to the pre-marketing this team did, once our home was listed, there was a lot of interest and they showed it 15 times the first day! The next day, we had 3 solid offers! This teams experience and foresight proved to be invaluable when our sale fell through the day before closing. Of the 3 offers we originally received, they had put a second offer on backup so that our sale moved forward with new buyers and minimal inconvenience to us. Throughout this process, the Cazares Baltar team was extremely responsive and quick to mitigate any delays. Besides the usual service expected of realtors, they went above and beyond! Starting with the exceptional photography of the house, they eventually compiled a book with these photos as a gift for choosing them to represent us. While we were out of town, our buyers wanted to take a second look on short notice and this team came early to the house and straightened up and even provided carbon monoxide detectors to satisfy the home inspection. We also used this team to purchase a new home and again, their service was exceptional. Even though our offer wasnt the highest, the personal letter they wrote and submitted with our offer swayed the seller to work with us and choose us as their buyer. The Cazares Baltar team is worth every penny of their commission and we would not hesitate to recommend them! We will definitely use their services again for any future real estate needs!
