For Dawn Baker Real Estate is clearly her passion, she absolutely loves selling homes and making friends some being clients for life. I know this to be true as weve been family friends for close to 20 years. Dawn was our realtor and now is a neighbor! She was very easy to get along with. After having a bad experience with other realtors I was thrilled to find here. , she was informative and let us to see homes as often as we needed. I do think a checklist for buyers and sellers to have in order to get the process done expediently would be helpful as we weren't sure of all the reports we had to do, when to do, who to call etc,,
