Buying a house is fun, exciting, thrilling, and crazy stressful! And if you are anything like me, I am a wreck under stress! David was able to make the process much more relaxed and streamline than of our previous home buying experiences. David was so great to work with! We worked with David for nearly 8 months before finding our dream house. He was patient with us throughout the process and gave valuable feedback/insight to us along the way. David was able to get us in to every house we wanted to see (which was quite a few) and was very accommodating with his time/schedule. David was always available for our questions/concerns and got back to us right away. He even listed our home and got a full price offer on the first day it was listed!We even had a little snafu on closing/moving day. David and his assistant came to the rescue and actually helped move boxes and furniture; shows how dedicated he is to his clients. He has a huge moving truck that we used, which was a life-saver as well. If you need a realtor, use David and his team!!
