We were not the easiest of clients, however David and his team never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. If we needed him, he was always available or he would have one of his team members contact us immediately. We also used Lara Hill to purchase our new home. She was a part of David's team and was beyond great! David is a very hands on professional. The night before our home was to be inspected by the buyer he came over personally to ensure everything was ready to go. I can't say enough about David and his team. They were well worth the commission.

It was a beautiful home and that was the feedback but we had an unfortunate school rezone which put us in a difficult place. But that didn't stop David and his team. Everything from the sign in our front yard to the staging had a strong presence. Almost made us question why we were selling. He also provided comp updates for the area compiled into a nice video to watch online. He utilizes latest technology so our home got some good online traffic. He answered all our questions and also had a good attitude after all the times I bugged him. He helped us stay positive and remember our goal.
